At BC Marine Terminals, we’re excited to share that Neptune has recently entered into a community partnership with the Vancouver Canucks Alumni Foundation. Their team’s passion for hockey and the Foundation’s charitable efforts made this collaboration a perfect match. This partnership allows them to give back to the community in North Vancouver and throughout BC more meaningfully.
Through this investment, Neptune raised additional funds for the North Shore Waterfront Gala this year. They auctioned off the incredible opportunity to skate with the Canucks Alumni, which allowed participants to scrimmage with former Canucks players, hang out in the dressing room, and engage in some solid hockey chat.
“This partnership allows Neptune to reach a different demographic on the North Shore through alumni player appearances and other community events,” says Robin Wyss, Executive Director of the Vancouver Canucks Alumni Foundation. “We can work together to support youth education, mental health, and other important community issues through the game we all love.”
The Vancouver Canucks Alumni Foundation also distributes over $50,000 annually to students across BC to support their academic pursuits.
