At BC Marine Terminals, we’re always proud to highlight the people driving excellence across our industry—and today, we’re pleased to recognize Dave Foy’s recent appointment as Vice President of Operations at Neptune Terminals.

With more than 20 years of experience at Neptune, Dave brings an exceptional depth of operational insight and leadership. His career has been a steady climb from foreman to superintendent to operations manager, culminating now in a well-earned executive position. Dave’s promotion reflects not only his proven track record but also the respect he’s earned through years of hands-on work and dedication to Neptune’s values.

In his new role, Dave will lead the charge in ensuring safe, efficient cargo movement through the terminal, while continuing to support Neptune’s strong commitments to environmental responsibility and community connection.

Dave’s leadership extends far beyond operations. A longtime North Shore resident, he’s deeply connected to the local community. From supporting youth sports to actively participating in workplace giving initiatives like the United Way and Movember, Dave consistently shows that strong leadership includes giving back.

He’s also a passionate ambassador for the industry, never missing an opportunity to share Neptune’s story through terminal tours and outreach.

As Dave steps into this next chapter, we at BC Marine Terminals look forward to seeing how his vision and energy will help drive continued excellence at Neptune. Congratulations, Dave, on this well-deserved achievement!
