Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Ltd. (PCT) is the link between ship and shore for Western Canadian resource companies and their global markets. Located in Port Moody, British Columbia, PCT is one of the most advanced bulk terminals around the globe.
Connected to the primary rail system into Vancouver, our facility is located on the southwest shore of Burrard Inlet, 19 kilometers east of Vancouver. The terminal receives dry bulk sulphur, and potash as well as bulk liquids canola and ethylene glycol from Western Canada and stores the products until they are ready to load directly onto ships to be exported around the world.
Each year, PCT handles up to six million tonnes of dry bulk and 1.5 million tonnes of bulk liquids on more than 180 vessels. Established in 1929 in New Westminster, PCT is proud to be celebrating 90 years of operations. In 1960, operations moved to Port Moody, where we currently operate one of the most automated bulk marine terminals in the world.
Located in the heart of an urban city, the terminal has received awards for environmental excellence, and maintains the best safety record in the Port of Vancouver.
